First timer? Here’s some helpful info

Our experience will begin as soon as you book your first appointment. When booking, it is only a request until it is confirmed by me within 24 hours. You will receive an email or text message confirming your appointment. If you have any inspiration photos, you can send them to me via text or email along with photos of your current hair for a more accurate price quote. You can also bring any inspiration photos with you to your appointment.( I highly encourage inspiration photos!) When you arrive, you’ll see that we are located near the Capital Mall, across from TJ Maxx in West Olympia. When you enter the lobby, there will be a video call center to contact me, press my suite number, 209, then I can buzz you in. Our cozy, clean, & luxury salon suite will make you feel welcomed right away. 
Once you are seated, we will spend 10-20 minutes doing a thorough consultation so I get a full understanding of what your goal is for your hair. 
Everything will be customized for you to fit your aesthetic and lifestyle. I will recommend products for your hair type and service of choice. While you are processing, we can chat, listen to music, or watch your favorite show. Before you leave we will prebook your next appointment to ensure you get in on time to maintain your new look.

If you are ready to book but not sure what service to pick, here are some helpful tips, and if you need help, please fill out a contact form so I can help you.

-If you book a color service, you must include either a blowdry/style or a cut/style with the chosen color service. It is not an option to do color without one or the other. 

-If you want to go lighter, book a balayage, full foil, ultimate foil, platinum card or solid blondelife.

-If you have never seen me for extensions, please book a free consultation or fill out the contact form.

-If you need a fashion color or color correction, please book a free consultation or fill out a contact form.
